Job summary

You will assess, perform, teach, and manage care, document thoroughly, and educate patients and families about treatment plans and medications, supporting a compassionate care environment.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of start date.
• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in nursing.
• 1 year RN experience in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and during shifts; identify and report changes.
• Administer medications and document care in the medical record.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, side effects, and follow-up.
