Job summary

Surepoint Medical Centers in Corpus Christi, TX seeks a part-time ER RN to provide high-quality, patient-focused care under physician orders. You will support the clinic team, monitor staff performance, and assist with labs as ordered, while complying with state laws and policies.

Qualified candidates hold a Texas RN license (or compact), and current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications. Night and weekend shifts may be required, with a focus on teamwork and excellent patient service.

Qualifications

• Current Texas RN license or Compact State license in good standing.
• Two years of ER RN experience.
• Current ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications.
• Pass background checks.
• Must have exceptional technical skills (IV, Foley, NG tubes, wound care).
• Ability to work all shifts including day, evening, weekends and holiday hours as needed.
• Effective team player with strong patient care and customer service.
• Detail oriented with exceptional interpersonal communication.
• Efficient time management and ability to anticipate workflow and perform synchronous tasks.
• Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, EMR/EPM systems.
• Willing to perform labs as ordered by physician.
• Support team with basic facility maintenance and keeping the facility tidy.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient-focused health care services per physician orders.
• Serve as point of contact for clinical staff at the clinic.
• Assist physician/provider in monitoring ancillary staff.
• Perform labs as ordered by physician.
• Maintain tidy and safe clinical environment.
• Adhere to Texas state laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Work across shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
