Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Triages patients and prioritizes care by severity.
• Assesses conditions using vitals, charting, and medication reconciliations.
• Administers medications and assists with procedures as ordered.
• Monitors patient status and communicates changes with care team.
• Discharges patients with instructions and coordinates transportation.
• Maintains accurate EMR documentation throughout stay.
