Riverview Health in Indiana seeks an Emergency Department Registered Nurse to perform initial patient assessments, lab work, and provide care coordination during ED stay. The role includes triage, medication administration, patient education, and discharge planning with the care team.

Minimum two years in Critical Care, Indiana RN license on hire, and active BLS/ACLS/PALS/ENPC certifications are required; ED experience preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position in the Riverview Health ED.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program by date of hire.
• Two years of Critical Care experience.
• Two years of Emergency Department experience (preferred).
• Indiana RN license on hire date and active BLS/ACLS/PALS/ENPC certifications required.

Responsabilités

• Triage patients in the Emergency Department based on severity.
• Assess and monitor patient condition with vital signs and chart findings.
• Administer medications and assist with procedures as prescribed.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the care team.
• Coordinate discharge planning and patient education.
