Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1 year RN experience for PRN status.
• Recent acute care experience preferred.
• Licensed, certified, or registered as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care per shift.
• Supervise staff delivering care to assigned patients.
• Coordinate patient care within the nursing process for unit efficiency.
• Administer medications safely and per hospital policy.
• Engage in safety, risk management, and infection control measures.
• Fulfill HICS responsibilities during emergencies and disasters.
