Loyal Source is seeking Registered Nurses for an opportunity in El Paso, Texas. The role involves direct patient care in a structured, multidisciplinary healthcare setting with a focus on underserved populations.

Requirements include an ACEN/CCNE-accredited nursing degree, an active RN license (state or compact), and a minimum of one year of RN experience in healthcare environments. BLS and HIPAA compliance are expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ACEN/CCNE-accredited nursing program.
• Licensed RN in state or compact with active registration.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in hospital/clinic or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice.
• Perform sick calls and assess acute problems per nursing protocols.
• Perform physical examinations and refer to providers as needed.
• Provide clinical supervision to LPNs and unlicensed personnel.
• Administer medications via oral, subcutaneous, intramuscular, IV, topical routes.
• Pre-screen and intake new patients using established tools.
• Respond to emergencies and stabilize patients, then transfer as needed.
