Job summary

Emerus is seeking an RN for ER positions in Murphy, TX. The role focuses on assessing, planning, directing and evaluating patient care in the Emergency Room. You will follow orders, document thoroughly and maintain patient privacy while delivering high-quality care.

Required: TX RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, 2+ years ER experience, and strong teamwork and communication skills to support a fast-paced ED environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current registered nurse license in Texas without sanctions.
• 2+ years ER nursing experience; BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize and provide age-appropriate nursing care.
• Complete accurate and concise documentation in medical records.
• Observe and record signs, symptoms and patient status.
• Follow physician orders and ensure patient safety and privacy.
