• Associates Degree in Nursing or by endorsement.
• One year of clinical RN experience.
• RN license to practice in state of employment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Nursing Specialty Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient’s needs and plans nursing care.
• Develops and implements patient plans of care.
• Leads unit daily operations during shifts.
• Directs, organizes and prioritizes shift activities to meet patient care needs.
• Ensures appropriate staff skills mix for safe care.
• Liaises with the multidisciplinary care team.
