Job summary

• Provides leadership and coordination of unit operations during shift.
• Directs, organizes, and prioritizes shift activities to ensure safe patient care.
• Ensures appropriate admissions and staff skill mix for safe care.
• Acts as liaison to the multidisciplinary patient care team.
