Job summary

Holy Cross Hospital Jordan Valley in Utah is seeking an RN Clinical Coordinator to support the department director by coordinating clinical and department activities for the unit. The role requires strong clinical judgment, leadership potential, and commitment to high-quality patient care.

You will act as a crucial link between physicians and the patient care team, authorize procedures, assign duties, and take patient assignments based on unit needs and acuity, while promoting ethical practice

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or by endorsement required.
• One year of clinical RN experience required.
• RN license to practice in state of employment as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, cultural and spiritual needs through observation and review of records.
• Develop and implement patient plan of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide leadership and coordination of unit operations during the shift.
• Direct, organize, and prioritize shift activities to meet patient and staff needs.
• Ensure appropriate admissions and staff skill mix for safe patient care.
• Serve as liaison to the multidisciplinary patient care team.
