Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or by endorsement.
• One year of clinical RN experience.
• RN license to practice in state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural and spiritual needs and intervene to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Develop and implement patient care plans and observe outcomes with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide leadership, support, and coordination of unit operations during designated shift.
• Direct, organize, and prioritize all shift activities to meet patient care and staff needs.
