Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Marlborough, MA seeks an RN to deliver and manage direct patient care using the nursing process. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, discharge planning, and supervision of nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration.
• BLS certification required; ACLS as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Nursing Process for direct patient care from admission to discharge.
• Performs patient assessments and ongoing reassessments.
• Develops and coordinates individualized care plans including discharge planning.
• Directs, supervises, coordinates and evaluates nursing care in the assigned setting.
• Delegates tasks in accordance with competency levels and job descriptions.
