Job summary

UMass Memorial Health – HealthAlliance Clinton is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department in Clinton, MA. This full-time, on-site role covers 7p-7:30a on evenings, about 36 hours per week, with potential signing bonus eligibility.

You will use the nursing process, perform assessments, coordinate discharge planning, administer meds, and collaborate with the care team. Requires MA RN license and BLS; BSN preferred. The department values respect, safety, and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS if mandated for your unit.
• Experience in an emergency department is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process from admission to discharge.
• Perform patient assessments and update care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per policy; monitor for adverse events.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health care professionals for patient care.
• Document care accurately and timely in the medical record.
• Support patient education and discharge planning.
