Job summary

The Registered Nurse at UMass Memorial Health is responsible for planning, delivering, and coordinating direct patient care on the HealthAlliance-Clinton Hospital unit, following nursing process and standards.

You will participate in performance improvement, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with physicians and support staff to provide exceptional patient care. This position is Non-Exempt with 7a-7:30p shifts and a 24-hour work period.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized school of Nursing.
• Massachusetts RN license required.
• 2–3 years nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and manage direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff as requested by management.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians, therapists, and other team members.
