Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1–2 years of customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of third‑party payors preferred.
• EPIC experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with a friendly demeanor and gather necessary information.
• Register patients and verify insurance and demographic details.
• Enter data accurately into the electronic medical record system (EPIC).
• Collect co‑pays and payments as applicable.
• Coordinate with care teams to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate pre‑registration and admission information.
