Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of EPIC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Register patients and verify insurance information.
• Assist with pre-admission and pre-registration tasks.
• Maintain privacy and accuracy of patient information in the EMR.
• Balance cash drawer and handle payments.
