Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and data-entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients at the front desk.
• Answer phones promptly; route messages to the right departments.
• Collect and scan patient demographics and insurance information; enter into system.
• Verify insurance benefits and explain patient responsibility at checkout.
• Maintain HIPAA info; handle patient referrals and take appropriate messages.
• Process payments including copays and deductibles; ensure accurate entries.
