Qualifications

• Requires 1 year healthcare or institutional work experience.
• Epic experience preferred.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients to collect demographic, financial and insurance information.
• Enter data into the registration system and verify accuracy.
• Obtain signatures and prepare required forms for third-party payers.
• Assist patients with directions and general hospital information.
• Support financial counseling and ensure smooth patient flow in the ED.
