Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, ME is seeking a Clinical Nursing Supervisor (RN) for the Emergency Department on a part-time night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 12-hour shifts. Pay ranges from $37.80 to $54.75 per hour, with responsibilities including staffing coordination, patient care oversight, and staff support during the shift.

The role requires an active RN license, BSN preferred, and current ACLS/PALS/ENPC certifications with supervisory experience preferred.

Competenze

• Current and valid state Registered Nurse license.
• BSN degree preferred.
• ACLS and PALS/ENPC certifications required 30 days after hire.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year as staff nurse in acute or ED setting preferred.
• Trauma and pediatric certifications preferred within defined timelines.

Mansioni

• Provide clinical and operational oversight for the Emergency Department.
• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Ensure quality patient care, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate staffing, patient flow, and department operations.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support orientation, training, and staff development.
• Participate in quality improvement and performance initiatives.
• Respond to emergencies and provide direct patient care as needed.
