Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience; supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational oversight for the Oncology department.
• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Ensure quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and patient safety standards.
• Coordinate staffing, workflow, and department operations.
• Assist with orientation, training, and staff development.
• Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support performance improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Perform direct patient care as needed.
