Qualifications

• Current and valid state Registered Nurse license.
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support certificate (BLS) upon hire and maintain current.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational oversight for the ICU department.
• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Ensure quality patient care, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate staffing, workflow, and department operations.
• Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Support orientation, training, and staff development.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Perform direct patient care as needed within RN scope of practice.
