Job summary

Intuitive Health is partnering with Virginia Hospital Center to lead a new combined ER and urgent care model in Northern Virginia. The Clinical Manager will oversee non-physician clinical staff, ensuring high-quality customer service and sound clinical practice in collaboration with hospital leadership.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license in Virginia with at least 5 years in Emergency Department settings and 2 years in leadership roles. ADN/BSN is required, BSN preferred with hospital partners.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 5 years of RN experience in the Emergency Department or FED.
• Minimum of 2 years of management or charge nurse experience within the emergency department.

Responsibilities

• Manage non-physician clinical staff in coordination with the Program Director and Hospital leadership.
• Recruit and onboard clinical staff; provide initial and ongoing training.
• Schedule staff and participate in staff evaluations per hospital timelines and tools.
• Support patient satisfaction initiatives and continuous quality improvement.
• Coordinate with Medical Director and Program Director on QA and performance metrics.
