Job summary

Qualifications
- BSN required or active enrollment with plan to obtain BSN within three years.
- Active IL RN license required.
- BLS certification required.
- ADN with commitment to obtain BSN within three years acceptable.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and document findings.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions.
- Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team and ensure timely communication.
