Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year professional nursing experience required for per diem/Flex-PRN positions.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, coordinate and delegate all care touchpoints for your patients.
• Maintain and advocate a safe environment for everyone.
• Monitor and engage with patients, families, and care team members regarding events or changes in condition.
• Prevent and treat wounds.
• Ensure infection control and environment of care per Joint Commission.
• Ensure continuity of care, throughput, and exceptional patient experience.
• Advise supervisor when unable to complete tasks promptly, effectively, or safely.
• Educate patients and families using appropriate resources and services.
