Progeny Human Resource Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse Manager for Emergency Services to oversee night-shift operations in North Carolina. The role focuses on clinical leadership, supervision of staff, and collaboration with nursing leadership to drive care improvements.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN (or ADN with MSN) and brings at least five years of nursing experience with leadership. North Carolina nursing licensure plus BLS are required, with a full-time night schedule in alignment

Qualificações

• Education: BSN or ADN with MSN.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN licensure in NC (eNLC may apply).
• BLS Healthcare Provider required.
• At least five years of nursing experience; 2 years in leadership.

• Collaborates with nursing leadership in organizational planning, innovations, and evaluation of initiatives.
