The ideal candidate holds a BSN (or ADN with MSN) and brings at least five years of nursing experience with leadership. North Carolina nursing licensure plus BLS are required, with a full-time night schedule in alignment

Qualifications

• Education: BSN or ADN with MSN.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN licensure in NC (eNLC may apply).
• BLS Healthcare Provider required.
• At least five years of nursing experience; 2 years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates leadership through supervision, facilitation, and coordination of clinical care.
• Collaborates with nursing leadership in organizational planning, innovations, and evaluation of initiatives.
• Contributes to professional development of staff, students, and colleagues in an environment of mutual respect and understanding.
