Job summary

UNC Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse in Caldwell Memorial Hospital's Emergency Room in Lenoir, NC. You will provide competent nursing care aligned with professional standards and coordinate patient care using the nursing process.

Reporting to the Nurse Manager/Director, you will coordinate care, participate in education, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. This on-site, night-shift role requires current NC RN licensure and BLS with at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification
• One (1) year of nursing experience.

• Evaluation of Care - identifies expected patient outcomes and collaborates with the team.
• Implementation - cares for patients with complex problems and follows policy and procedures.
