• Assist the nurse manager with leadership, staffing, patient flow, quality, and daily unit operations.
• Provide advanced and specialized nursing care per Nursing Clinical Ladder guidelines and NC Board of Nursing.
• Lead in administration, education, informatics and quality on local level.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver patient care and develop care standards.
