The role emphasizes quality, cost-effectiveness, and guest relations in a fast-paced ED environment. The requirements include an Associate Degree in Nursing or higher, Texas RN license, minimum 2 years ER experience, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS or ENPC.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Texas with current license.
• Minimum 2 years ER experience.
• Current BLS/ACLS/PALS or ENPC; TNCC/CEN preferred but not required.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Flexible, service-oriented, problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Assess, organize, and modify plan of care for ED patients.
• Coordinate diagnostic tests and treatments for timely care.
• Collaborate with physicians on care plans.
