Job summary

Emerus in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room to assess, plan, direct and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced environment.

You will apply advanced nursing knowledge, document thoroughly, and follow physician orders while maintaining patient privacy and safety.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN license without sanctions.
• 2+ years RN experience in ER or comparable setting.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; ENPC may substitute for PALS.
• English fluency both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide age-specific nursing care using advanced clinical knowledge.
• Complete accurate, concise medical record documentation.
• Observe and record signs, symptoms, and patient status.
• Follow physician orders in delivering nursing care.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
