Emerus Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care.

The role requires age-specific nursing care, diligent documentation, and coordination with physicians and staff in a fast-paced ER environment. Qualifications include 2+ years ER experience, RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications (ENPC substitution allowed; TNCC preferred), and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN licensure without sanctions required.
• Minimum 2+ years RN experience in ER or similar.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; ENPC can substitute for PALS; TNCC preferred.
• English fluency required for written and oral communication.
• PA requirements: Act 33/Act 73 clearances completed or obtained before start.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize and provide age-specific nursing care in the ER.
• Complete accurate, concise, legible medical records documentation.
• Observe and record signs, symptoms and patient status.
• Follow physician orders in delivering nursing care.
• Collect laboratory samples and perform testing per policies and regulations.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality of information.
• Assist with admission, discharge and transfer procedures.
• Prepare equipment and supplies for procedures; assist others as needed.
