Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Minimum 2+ years of full-time RN experience in Emergency Department.
• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; TNCC preferred.
• Fluency in English, strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize and provide age-appropriate nursing care in the ER.
• Document medical records accurately and legibly.
• Observe and record signs and patient status.
• Follow physician orders in delivering care.
• Adhere to infection control and aseptic techniques.
• Prepare and assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Assemble equipment and supplies for procedures.
• Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.
