TriHealth Bethesda Butler Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department in Hamilton, OH. This full-time, daytime position involves rapid assessment, stabilization, and treatment of emergent and urgent conditions in a fast-paced ED, collaborating with physicians, ACPs, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care.

The role requires 1–2 years of acute care RN experience, an Associate's Degree in Nursing, and a plan to obtain a BSN within 5 years; ED

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Acute Care RN experience required.
• Emergency Department Experience preferred.
• Must have an Associate's Degree in Nursing; BSN within 5 years required.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing assessment of patient and family and documents findings.
• Plans and updates plan of care with patient, family, and care team.
• Maintains safe, therapeutic environment and addresses ethical considerations.
• Evaluates plan of care and revises it with the care team as needed.
• Administers medications/treatments and monitors effects; uses equipment safely.
