Job summary

Cleveland Clinic's Twinsburg Family Health & Surgery Center in Twinsburg, OH is seeking an RN for the Emergency Department. You will provide direct nursing care, implement and monitor patient care plans, document conditions, and communicate with physicians to support life-saving treatment.

This PRN role requires graduation from an accredited school of nursing (ADN or BSN), an active RN license, and at least two years of acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Current state RN license in good standing.
• Minimum two years of recent experience in an acute care setting.
• BLS Certification through AHA or Red Cross.
• ACLS Certification through AHA or Red Cross.
• PALS Certification within one year of hire.
• Military RN experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in the Emergency Department.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
