Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current Registered Nurse license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification
• BSN required at 5 years of employment

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Document planned interventions to achieve outcomes with a multidisciplinary team.
• Evaluate responses to care and revise the plan as needed.
• Participate in process improvement to improve clinical quality and safety.
