Mercy Health in Cincinnati seeks an Emergency Room Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. The RN will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, assess patients, plan and implement care, and ensure a safe, therapeutic setting.

Requires an accredited nursing degree and active RN license. At least 1 year of RN experience; ED/critical care preferred. BLS, ACLS, and PALS are preferred; EHR experience with EPIC is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelors degree in Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure required.
• One year of RN experience; ED/critical care experience preferred.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS are preferred; ACLS/PALS must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Care for groups of patients in a fast-paced, high-intensity setting.
• Evaluate and revise the care plan to meet outcomes.
• Serve as point of contact for patient care coordination.
• Administer medications safely per policy and practice standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
