Job summary

Saint Clare's Health, part of Prime Healthcare, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for night shift in the Emergency Department in Dover, NJ. The RN will provide direct patient care, perform assessments, and support patient/family education.

Requirements include RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC within specified timelines, and Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation. ED experience preferred; CEN/BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification on hire and maintained.
• Current ACLS certification within 30 days and maintained.
• Current PALS and/or ENPC within 30 days and maintained.
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• CEN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process in Telemetry and ED.
• Direct patient/family teaching and supervise nursing staff while maintaining standards.
• Communicate with physicians about changes in patient condition and test results.
• Ensure EMTALA compliance and report child/adult abuse as required.
