Saint Peter's Healthcare System is seeking RN candidates for the Adult Emergency Room Nights position in New Jersey. The role emphasizes teamwork, precise patient assessment, and adherence to Standards of Care while administering medications and therapies.

Required NJ RN licensure with BLS; ACLS, PALS, ECG, and Critical Care certifications are encouraged during orientation to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. We offer competitive base pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey.
• BSN preferred or must be obtained within three (3) years of hire date.
• BLS certification required by the American Heart Association.
• ACLS certification obtained during clinical orientation.
• PALS certification obtained during clinical orientation.
• ECG course completed during clinical orientation.
• Critical Care course completed during clinical orientation.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive contributor to our collaborative nursing team.
• Utilize excellent assessment skills to determine the health status of assigned patients as outlined in the Nursing Standards.
• Ensure all procedures are performed based on established Standards of Care.
• Administer medications and parenteral therapies in accordance with policy.
• Meticulously document all aspects of patient care.
