Job summary

Penn Medicine Princeton Health in Plainsboro, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department on a full-time 7:00 pm - 7:00 am shift. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is included. RNs will care for patients with urgent medical needs, while coordinating care plans across shifts and teams.

Active NJ RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required, with BSN or pursuing degree preferred. 15 months of recent nursing experience is expected. ED flow redesign supports faster patient processing.

Qualifications

• Active NJ Registered Nurse License (Required).
• Basic Life Saving (BLS) Certification (Required).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification (Required).
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification (Required).
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN - required or pursuing.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients in the Emergency Department with various medical issues and emergencies.
• Establish an individualized plan of care and coordinate with the care team across shifts.
• Perform essential ED tasks and procedures with emphasis on patient safety and efficient throughput.
