Job summary

UMass Memorial Medical Group in Marlborough, MA seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive patient care from admission to discharge. You will perform assessments, coordinate discharge planning, and supervise nursing care within the unit.

Qualifications include Massachusetts RN licensure, BLS (ACLS preferred), and nursing experience. A BSN is preferred. The role is full-time with a day shift; cost of living and union considerations apply.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration.
• BLS is a requirement for every RN unless ACLS certification is current.
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.
• Experience in nursing within a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Nursing Process for delivery and management of patient care from admission to discharge.
• Performs patient assessment and reassessment according to standard procedure.
• Develops and coordinates individual plan of care including discharge planning.
• Directs, supervises, coordinates and evaluates nursing care within assigned clinical setting.
