Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessment and reassessment per standard procedure.
• Develops and coordinates the plan of care, including discharge planning.
• Directs and evaluates nursing care within the assigned clinical setting.
• Documents patient care according to standard procedures.
