Qualifications

• Experience in medical registration, admitting, and ER scheduling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients; direct to needed services; collect demographics and signatures.
• Maintain logs and handle phone inquiries professionally.
• Collect co-pays and post payments; reconcile accounts daily.
• Maintain clean, welcoming patient areas and manage supplies.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in performance improvement.
• Assist management with additional tasks as needed.
