Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care in a fast-paced ED.
• Perform rapid patient assessments and initiate interventions.
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and care teams.
• Administer medications and treatments per policy.
• Document assessments and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up.
• Float across ED and designated acute care areas as needed.
• Adapt to varying workflows while maintaining safety standards.
• Support teamwork and continuous quality improvement.
