Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care in fast-paced ED settings.
• Perform rapid patient assessments, prioritize care, and initiate interventions.
• Recognize and respond quickly to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, technicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Adapt to varying workflows and acuity levels while maintaining quality.
• Float to ED and other designated acute care areas as needed.
