Qualifications

• RN license required or eligible.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing or RN Diploma.
• Basic life support and advanced cardiac life support certifications.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification.
• PALS certification for pediatric life support.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course required within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with procedures, monitoring, and documentation in the medical record.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment, medications and follow-up.
• Educate on non-medicinal follow-up measures and self-management.
