Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Milford, MA is seeking an experienced RN educator to support ongoing staff development and clinical education within the department. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in the department specialty.
• BS/BSN required and MA RN license with CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining clinical proficiency and staff development through orientation and ongoing education.
• Design and deliver educational offerings using adult learning principles and varied teaching methodologies.
• Support staff development efforts and departmental goals, including performance evaluations and preceptor development.
• Contribute to departmental and hospital-wide performance improvement initiatives, including policy development and data collection.
• Serve as a clinical expert and resource, maintaining competency and modeling professional behavior.
