Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic patient care and tasks including comfort, vital signs, hygiene, and mobility under RN guidance.
• Completes patient rounding and 1:1 safety support as needed.
• Acts as liaison between patient and nurse to report changes.
• Delivers high level customer service to patients and families.
• Documents patient care accurately and participates in handoffs.
