HCA Florida Largo Hospital is seeking an ER Discharge Coordinator to manage bedside scheduling as part of our centralized ER and Urgent Care follow-up programs, with a patient-centered, quality-driven focus. Job Summary and Qualifications

As an ER Discharge Coordinator, you willbe responsible forPoint of Care (PoC) Patient Bedside scheduling as part of the company’s centralized ER and Urgent Care Follow-up programs. The truest intent of the ER discharge coordinator is a bedside-initiated patient experience, with theobjectivesof increased contact rate, scheduling immediacy, and improved overall patient experience. You willcreateandmaintaina positive customer experience in a patient-centered, quality-driven environment.

In this role you will:
