Job summary

Baptist Health's Emergency Department is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the 3P shift at Baptist Medical Center South. The RN will supervise and coordinate nursing staff on shift, ensure quality patient care, and utilize the nursing process in assessments and planning.

You will collaborate with physicians and other clinicians, may take on additional duties within scope, and must hold an active RN license with BLS.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure required, BLS required.
• BSN preferred; ACLS/PALS may be required depending on area.
• Ability to observe, assess, and document care per standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing activities on shift, including weekends/holidays.
• Utilize the nursing process for assessments and care planning.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinicians to implement patient care plans.
