Job summary

Baptist Health's Emergency Department seeks a Registered Nurse for the 3p-3a shift, with weekends/holidays coverage. The RN will supervise nursing staff on shift, ensure quality patient care, and coordinate activities to maintain continuity.

The RN uses the nursing process for assessments, care planning, and interventions, collaborates with physicians and other clinicians, and may take on additional duties within the scope of the role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Active RN licensure required, BLS required; ACLS/PALS may be required.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
