Qualifications

• ARRT Radiology or NMTCB in Nuclear Medicine with CT registry required within 1 year of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Verify orders with Radiologist when discrepancies exist.
• Explain procedures to patients and prepare them for imaging.
• Operate CT scanner and post-processing equipment, administer IV contrast per protocol.
• Maintain sterile technique and radiation safety; monitor patient during exam.
